Very friendly always and super efficient, unlike the Post Office at Ferry Road!

Horrible experience I have gone to try to locate a package that I sent from your office and they have treated me very badly. When I was telling the lady what had happened to me, I tried to give her all the information I had about my parcel, she was totally ignoring me and laughing looking at her mobile phone. She has refused to try to locate my package and to tell me that this was not her problem. I will never every will come back

The worst royal mail facility in edinburgh, with the worst service imaginable. I do not recommend this place!

I recently had my passport renewal check and send application done by Ali and received new passport within 9 days and the old passport returned a day letter. New passport came via DHL so check and send recommended. I also pay my rent at this post office for over 2 years no problem at all.

Unfortunately only one star for this post office due to the absolutely shocking customer service from the lady behind the counter. I wanted to send 3 separate letters, each with highly confidential information, recorded delivery (one of which needed to be 1st Class). The woman was so rude and refused to do this as it takes up too much of my time, look at the queue behind you. Even when it was explained to her why I needed them put through separately she still refused. Whilst I appreciate that it is a very busy post office, it took her no more than 30secs to put all 3 letters through in one transaction and all were sent 2nd class. I can see from other reviews that Im not the only one to have had issues with this lady and would avoid if possible. Complaint has also been logged with Post Office about her.
