Gorgie Road Post Office

I was in yesterday afternoon and the service was excellent and the lady you all complain about was extremely pleasant and absolutely fab so maybe your the problem and not them I will continue to use it never had a problem.

I've used this Post office for a number of years now and they have always provided me with a good, reliable service. I've used it for sending parcels, deposits etc without any issues. The staff communicate when parcels will be picked up often and from my experience, royal mail picks up deliveries, daily from this location at around 12am. Also for me, I find it rarely has significant queues which is a big positive. It being located within the scotmid I often find handy too.

Convenient location but very rude staff, especially that guy on the right hand booth, as everyone on the Google reviews points out.

I'm not sure if they are being racist or just rude. Horrible experience and I don't think they would care for the negative comments.
