Forrest Road Post Office

Staff are friendly, hard-working, and helpful. One suggestion to assist customers is to detail collection times from Forrest Road Post Office on this Google Maps entry; the Royal Mail website is terrible - and I know they are independent of post offices. Using Google Maps - if only with an official photo to present this info - will assist & encourage local customers.

I wasn't meant to leave a bad review on this website but I have experienced the same situation TWICE. This is not for the post office service but for other items that they are selling such as vape. I discourage people to buy vape here because: 1st experience- I asked for the blue razz lemonade vape T600 elf bar with white filter tip. Despite me asking for it and it being available, the woman (not a lady because she is rude) insisted giving me the normal elf bar and said they are just the same. The woman might not be aware of smoker's preference but what happens to respecting customer's choice? 2nd experience- I never learned from my past experience. I saw from the window that they have more supply of the same vape so I went it, hoping to buy at least 1 but the woman said they don't have them even though it is displayed on the window. 3rd reason - they don't have deal of 2 for 10 anyway then you get served by a rude woman. If you don't want to sell according to your customer's choice then might best not to advertise them and just close your shop down. Really bad customer service.

I posted a large letter which weighed 250g yet I got charged the price of 750g. I also asked for second class and got charged first class (even though a second class sticker was placed on it). I didn't realise until 2 hours later. Don't use this post office unless you want scammed.
