        Missed parcel slip gets posted through the letterbox before the door is even knocked on (literally saw it happen). Happened a few times before I said anything to the lady at the desk, she was incredibly rude to me instantly interrupting me and implying I was lying. Very unprofessional

        I have lost two parcels in one month due to the postman leaving my parcels outside at main door or just in entrance this is ridiculous , Also these said parcels have allegedly been signed for but no one including me hasnt signed for these in my building. I have already been to the depo to claim for my loses and the manager who was useless didnt help me at all. Warning to all dont use royal mail for delivery.
