        Queuing system is a joke particularly when they ignore post office customers in favour of shop customers. Staff member took an attitude with me when asking for a certificate of postage as claimed they cant do it for free post items but Royal Mail state differently - had the misfortune of dealing with this guy before when he didnt and still doesnt understand the special delivery insurance options on the till. So frustrating.
