        Just bad the couriers drop parcel outside the building under signed and delivered and costumer losing the parcel.I went also to the Depo to claim the case and asking for help and Tue manager is useless.please dont get expensive stuff using Royal Mail

        I live in fernieside and the mail mN hands the mail to neighbour next door who opened personal letters I am having to get mail diverted elsewhere he got my bank cards everything also important medical letters

        Marked a internqtinally tracked long awaited Christmas gift package as return to sender after trying to deliver it once. Stating that the aparment number was NOT on the label which was definately not true. Did not try to contact me in any way possible and the item had to be returned to Canada. Thank you for your amazing service
