This PO branch has been 'closed' 4 out of the last 5 times I've been even though it was advertised as being open (checked the website before going) and I'd arrived well before it should have officially closed. On 2 of the occasions the woman was still behind the counter but had decided to close early for whatever reason and was unnecessarily curt with me when I asked if it was closed. The one time it was open, there was a lovely, friendly lady there who was covering from Fife. Yet again, it was closed today and I'd rushed there after work to post some important documents. Give this place a miss because it's closed more than it's open.

They always close before time and you have to try 2-3 times before you get your parcel.

It's supposed to close at 5:30, I came at 5 PM and there was only 2 people in a queue, staff told me they are closing and advised to come back the other day. I was not served, as well as other guy who came with me. I was also there a day before, on Wednesday, and post office was completely shut all day without even informing customers when they are back working and why they are closed. Management is completely incompetent and useless and workers are closing earlier than supposed to. A total disregard for people and customers. Seems like they need to be closed completely.
