Called them in the morning after having booked for same day 12-6 slot for a blocked toilet. Received the email confirmation. After an hour, I called to make sure its all OK. The guy confirmed that. Few hours later at 4pm,i called again to check for an update. They couldn't find the appointment and they advised after 10 minutes on the phone that the appointment had been rescheduled for Monday (Friday morning I booked it). This without any notice or anything. On the phone the 3 ladies were very unprofessional and rude too.

I had an environmentally hazardous flood in my basement flat and these guys cancelled on me last minute clearly because their technician couldn't be bothered to do one more job at 10pm. It seems the 24hr service is discretionary. I used scot drain instead and the guy was up with me until 130am cleaning sewage off the floor! Use them instead.
