**posting on behalf of elderly neighbour** "My wife recently broke her hip and needed a hip replacement. With no shower access downstairs I reached out to Gary to see if we could turn our downstairs toilet in a safe, walk in shower for my wife to use when she returned from hospital. The next day Gary and his team came to look at the space and just 10 days later he had managed to fit us in and completely renovate the space allowing for a sizeable walk in shower with grab rails, and plenty space for toilet and basin. The finish was high quality and I can't tbink Gary enough for his time, effort and commitment to getting this job done and at such short notice Thanks Alpha!"
