As a group of 6 adults and 6 children, could have been a tricky prospect, but Kathy was delightful from the outset. They were kind and helpful, pleasant and affirming, patient and cheerful despite all the wriggling kids and requests for various extras. Kathys friendly demeanour helped us all to feel relaxed - they did a fab job. Thanks for making our meal so lovely. Kid-friendliness: Kathy and their colleagues couldnt have been kinder or done enough for the 6 young children at our table.
