On the other hand, we ordered mains then dessert and 30 mins later still hadn't received dessert. We asked a member of staff but were still waiting which with a 1 year old waiting that long is just not ideal. Eventually we had to ask for the desserts to go as we just couldn't wait any longer.
Also, when I was carrying my daughter out and had been walking through, a staff member just walked on through refusing to let me out so I had to move as they had hot plates and the space was too tight for me holding my daughter and them, just came across quite rude.
None of the staff were approachable or friendly, my daughter frequently said Hiya anytime anyone walked past her and she was just ignored.
