Pilates with Rubina

I was recommended Pilates with Rubina as I was having back, knee and sore buttock problems. I was told she would work out what movements would be best. I have been really delighted with all she has done - there is real improvement. Also I have a much better idea on which exercises help different areas. Rubina is also a very easy, pleasant person to work with. I really recommend her.

I came to know about Rubinas Pilates classes via a reference when all the gyms were closed during lockdown. I was struggling to keep myself active and thought that lets give this a try, although honestly I wasnt sure about the virtual experience. And its now been almost 7 months since I started and I now cant think of going back to My usual gym routine. The session have been really amazing for not physical but mental well being too. Not to mention, our incredible instructor Rubina who puts in 200 percent to ensure classes are interactive and very effective. Simply love it! Thanks a lot Rubina

I really look forward to my classes with Rubina on zoom. She has kept me sane while all the gyms are closed. In fact I'm not sure I would rush back to Craiglockhart. Her dedication to pilates is amazing. She keeps me mobile both physically and mentally.

I enjoyed Rubina's classes at Edinburgh Leisure and was disappointed like everyone else when gyms closed due to lockdown. I was more than grateful when she started doing them on Zoom and I have been doing them ever since. It is so convenient. ( No trying to book a place online at EL) I definitely feel the benefit of these classes. They keep me fit in body and mind and because they are early morning I feel motivated to do other things. Rubina is very knowledgeable, professional and always eager to sort out any issues you may have. I thoroughly recommend her classes.
