Ascenti Physio Edinburgh

My physio was nice enough, however after no progress was made with my neck, he said he'd refer me to get scans as physiotherapy didn't seem to be helping. Never heard back regarding any scans, I left Ascenti two voicemails which were left un-answered.

I have completed a 12 week course with Pat to cure my pulled hamstring - Pat has been absolutely fantastic, hes knowledgeable, understanding and all the exercises were introduced at the right times considering my level of pain. Thanks to him Im now almost back to my pre-injury workout routine and full range of movement.

Physio Pat was excellent. I had real problems and pain with my shoulder. After a course of exercises and coaching with Pat, both pain and range of movement have massively improved. Thanks Pat and Ascenti

The actual physio who treated me was good, however this review is due to the terrible customer service I experienced. Ascenti's customer service agents could not manage to book me in for my second appointment - every time I spoke to them they had appointments available but just wouldn't book me in for them, and would promise to call me back and never did. This went on and on for 12 weeks in which time my back pain worsened significantly. I would not recommend this company at all for anything health related, it's utterly shambolic.

I started treatment with Pat via the Ascenti app for a Rotator Cuff injury. Everything has been done virtually due to COVID but I would have no hesitation in doing physio virtually again in the future. Service has been excellent, the plan was easy to follow and Pat has been great and very supportive throughout. I would highly recommend the physio. Thanks again
