Anthony quickly identified the underlying causes of my lower back pain. He clearly explained what the issues were and prescribed appropriate exercises. I'm now pain free and running more confidently, and I'm sure the exercise programme that Anthony devised for me will keep me running smoothly. Anthony is a miracle worker! I have been training for a marathon and after just 2 weeks training developed a painful injury with my IT band. Anthony taught me some really specific exercises to help my injury, and he recalibrated my training programme for a few weeks. After about 6 weeks my pain has completely disappeared and Im back on track with my training! Im super happy, thank you!!

went with lower back pain and seen by Anthony Guiducci. really listened, suggested appropriate and improving excersises. will be going back if i need to (hopefully i wont)
