Diana is absolutely amazing at what she does. We have been clients for nearly a year since our son was born and LOVE every photoshoot we have booked (now 4). Diana ensures it is a bespoke experience, especially with her newborn shoots in her studio and her bubbly personality makes sure everyone leaves feeling happy. Diana's knowledge is incredible and she makes certain you feel completely at ease, especially if you're first time parents and aren't quite sure what you're doing! We can't wait to now hang our 'cake smash' photos to celebrate our sons first birthday! So excited to see you again in June to celebrate our second baby Thank you again! X

Very disappointing! My child turned one, and their booklet says 35 photoshoot for 20 minutes, we had a lot of stress during the photoshoot, after she says that we had to buy extra package for 150 to get from her digital photos, there was not any explanation about it when I booked in person. As a mom of growing baby, I always want to avoid any stress, but today was extra extra stressful experience. Words in her booklet so confusing, there is no information about not providing digital photos, there should be a free gift, but she did not even tried to give it, and her booklet says you will have sweet memories, it was very disappointing, and nothing sweet about it. Please ask all details, prior. It had to be a celebrating day, but we did not get even one digital photo. So we paid 35 only for photoshoot, and did not get anything. Just was waste of time.

**WARNING** pixel photos in the gyle (FALSE ADVERTISING) We were completely let down today - we had booked the photo shoot as a surprise gift for a family member who is about to under go chemo treatment this week. We got her 6 grandchildren all together had booked in advance for the advertised price of 35 photo shoot & 5x7 art bloc frame - it was advertised that there was 50% of shoots booked in advance - great when we got there sorted the kids out and just before she began said you know what you have booked is 150 no we said we wanted what we booked please she then said this was not available. We pointed out that the whole front of her shop advertised what we had booked she denied this while standing outside the poster!! And started to become very rude and extremely unprofessional. The Facebook also advertises the exact deal trading standard are now looking into this
