Marta came to our home to take some couple/maternity photos. We have never had professional photos taken before and she completely exceeded our expectations. It was a really fun and relaxed day for us all. We felt comfortable with Marta and let her have full creative freedom. I am so glad we trusted her because her vision came to life and it was even better than we could have imagined. The process of reviewing the photos after the shoot was really easy and straightforward. She had them all edited and compiled very quickly. The online platform she uses to give you the photos is easy to use, which was important for us as we wanted to share the photos with friends and family. The cherry on top was the slideshow video of the best pictures with our favourite songs playing. We are planning on doing a newborn shoot with Marta soon after the baby is born too, because we loved the photos so much. Marta has a fantastic eye for detail and she truly loves her job. Marta is literally the best! From the consultation, to any questions or concerns, she was so kind and happy to help. We chose her to photograph our surprise engagement and she went above and beyond to help plan and coordinate all of the details. Being from out of the country, I really leaned on her to help and she made a process that can be very stressful so enjoyable! The photos were perfect and now we memories that will last us forever. My family and I traveled to Edinburgh from the US and I spent a long time searching through photographers on Instagram. Martas photos stood out as so elegant and professional, but still so personal. I was incredibly nervous the day of the shoot because my daughter was sick, but Marta went above and beyond to make her happy and allow us to take breaks. I cried when I saw the first sneak peak. I had come to Marta with a vision of what I wanted and she captured that perfectly. Even with limited time and a screaming baby! We will be going back to Marta again and again and recommending her to anyone else who travels to Edinburgh.
