Lauren photographed our elopement in Edinburgh, and she was a joy to work with. Not only is she a cool person that is great to have around on your wedding day, her photos are insanely beautiful. She perfectly utilizes that moody Scottish light, takes photos of very real moments, never makes a shot too posed... and the results are really stunning. We cannot recommend Lauren's photography enough for your Scottish wedding day!

Hiring Lauren to photograph our wedding last year was hands down one of the easiest and best decisions my husband and I made around the event. Our photos are not only beautiful, they really capture the way that the day felt emotionally. She was a ninja who we weren't even aware of much of the time, yet she got every moment of our (45 minute long!) ceremony down, and looking at the photos now is like an instant time machine that takes me right back to those moments. She also took gorgeous portraits of us, and beautiful reception shots. Getting ready photos and dance floor photos were two things we didn't really think we cared about ahead of time (I even tried to convince her that we didn't need getting ready shots at all), but we LOVE what she did to capture both of those parts of the day - the dance floor photos in particular are some of our very favorites, not something we ever expected would be true. Lauren clearly cares about her work and her clients deeply, and when you become a client you really feel that - as a former wedding professional myself I can promise you that's not true of all wedding photographers, and also that she's worth twice what she charges. Very highly recommend!

I chose Lauren to take pictures of my family for my mother's birthday. We hadn't had family photos taken in about 20 years - I love Lauren's relaxed style and felt it was most appropriate for our family. Lauren spent an hour with us, getting to know us and taking very candid snaps. She was very relaxed and we never felt pressured or stifled. We were delighted with the results and my mum thought it was the perfect present. It really was a gift we'll all treasure. Thanks Lauren!

We hired Lauren for our wedding and haven't regretted it for a single second. Tons of amazing photos all through the day handling the different lights expertly. Some of the photos of friends and family are the best I've ever seen of the person, capturing laughter, tears and emotions in a way that really brings us back to the day when we're looking at the pictures. Very candid and natural! Apart from beautiful pictures Lauren was also great and easy to work with, giving recommendations but adapting to our schedule for the event. All in all I couldn't give a stronger recommendation.
