        I went recently to collect two canvases ordered online. The gentleman in the shop, Matt, could not have been more helpful. Despite it being incredibly busy and some customers being very rude, he was friendly and professional throughout. I was delighted with the final product but was happier still with the overall service. Matt took a pride in his job and did this whilst putting up with my 4-year-old daughter chatting away at him! I know from experience how difficult that can be! He answered all customer queries in full and advised on other services without forcing sales.

        I needed some prints in a hurry....had to use the machine which I hate, but managed without help. The sales assistant was helping someone else and was very helpful to them. Photos quite good quality, a lot more expensive than the online ones but it was instant.
