This pharmacy has gone from a 5 star to a 1 in my opinion used to be so good as well pity,no organisation in my view lacks leadership been on the phone lately for over an hour to find out if my prescription is ready it just rings out switched off a couple of times I've already been in for this prescription & I watched as over half the people waiting like me were turned away & told they can't find half their medicines beyond incompetent

The staff are friendly and the service is quick, despite the continuous flow of (a significant number) customers on a daily basis.

Where do I start? Giving them 3 stars is probably more than. I should give them. And I have given them 3 because they are usually always nice in there. The main problem I have (and continue to have) is how unorganised they continue to be. I have lost count on how many time my prescriptions have been collected and either incorrect or partially filled. The most recent example is I was collecting a prescription for my daughter that was running out the next day which was a weekend. I went to collect and they asked me to come back because it wasnt in stock. I verified the name of the prescription because its a new one for my daughter (only second time filling it). I decided to go back the next day instead of the same day as I noticed how busy they were. When I got there on Saturday to collect (daughter needed it by Saturday) it wasnt even filled. They also took a long time to find it. I waited over 20 minutes - quietly and being extremely patient. Finally collected the medication and went home. Gave it to my daughter (still in the bag and I did not check to ensure it was the right medication). I get a message from my daughter with photos of the wrong medication. She was meant to be leaving to go on holiday with her dad today and has messed everything up. Yes I should have checked earlier, but come on! Its just getting to a point where Im going to change pharmacies. How do they continue to get it wrong even when I confirmed the medication to the receptionist prior to her asking it to be filled by the pharmacist? There is clearly a breakdown of communication and leadership at this pharmacy that needs to be addressed.
