        I have been phoning for 4 hours phone engaged constantly cant get anyone to order a prescription phone rang for ages just after 9 then someone picked it up and hung up not put phone back

        Very bad customer service, one prescription takes two or three times to collect it, they are playing customer as a card. Expecially the prescription wasn't just handed in, they can still tell you because these medicines are popular, that's why I can't get it, even they received it weeks ago, they still can't manage it. Don't think it's just happened once, that's so many times, otherwise I won't bother commenting here. Wasted time!!! If I could, I would give a negative 5 star. Shocking!!!

        Staff are nice but the wait for just the prescription pick up is a bit long, for just pick up i shouldnt be waiting for 10 minutes and giving someone their medications takes 2 minutes.

      image Very bad customer service, one prescription takes two or three times to collect it, they are playing customer as a card. Expecially the prescription wasn't just handed in, they can still tell you because these medicines are popular, that's why I can't get it, even they received it weeks ago, they still can't manage it.
