        Very bad customer service, one prescription takes two or three times to collect it, they are playing customer as a card. Expecially the prescription wasn't just handed in, they can still tell you because these medicines are popular, that's why I can't get it, even they received it weeks ago, they still can't manage it. Don't think it's just happened once, that's so many times, otherwise I won't bother commenting here. Wasted time!!! If I could, I would give a negative 5 star. Shocking!!!

        Staff are nice but the wait for just the prescription pick up is a bit long, for just pick up i shouldnt be waiting for 10 minutes and giving someone their medications takes 2 minutes.

        I have been phoning for 4 hours phone engaged constantly cant get anyone to order a prescription phone rang for ages just after 9 then someone picked it up and hung up not put phone back
