        I was struggling with confidence and I had no drive to get into shape but I had enough and I messaged Ben. He understood what my situation was and took me under his wing and Ive never felt better about myself he was so patient and and he knew what would work for me! 100% recommend to anyone that wants to lose a couple pounds and feel better about themselves!!
