Home to an exceptional team of like minded personal trainers who are deeply passionate about helping folks achieve their fitness goals in a safe and friendly environment. The expertly equipped facility puts the personal into personal training in a modern space dedicated entirely to one-on-one coaching. Ive been training with Josh on a regular basis and his sessions are incredibly rewarding. Ive really seen a significant difference in my overall health and fitness and would happily recommend the PT Hub to anyone looking for approachable personal training sessions outwith a busy gym environment.
