Im so grateful for Luke's help this year. I feel more confident in my body and am healthier and happier than I have been in years. I invested in Luke because some major life events had really thrown me off course and I just could not seem to turn things around on my own. Through working with Luke, I gained the knowledge and support to make healthy changes that will serve me a lifetime. I highly recommend investing in yourself by working with Luke and his team.

I've just finished the AIM Method 12-week programme with Matt and I will admit to feeling the strongest I felt in years. The only thing stopping me from continuing is a new baby girl entering the Edinburgh stage. Matt is as considerate of your feedback as he's inconsiderate of your muscle soreness. If you're strolling on Jamaica St. and hear people grunting, that'd be Matt doing what he does best pushing beyond what you thought your limit was. Thank you for a great training experience, Matt, and I can't wait to get back at it sometime soon. Keep splitting those squats!

It was a pleasure training with Bruno here. He is an excellent professional and he worked out a fitness program suitable for me. The studio is in the center of the city (Stockbridge) and it is so nice, clean and confortable. After these sessions, I have improved my balance, my resistance and I feel more confident to myself. Highly recommended. Thank you for the good job!

My son signed up for the 3 month AIM programme and has really enjoyed working with Bruno and has seen some great results, so much so that he has just signed up for a further 3 months!

I would 100% recommend the AIM Method from Luke Bremner Fitness. I started it in April this year and just 3 months later I feel healthier, stronger and, therefore, happier. I have been working out with Matt, and Im extremely grateful for all the help, guidance and support hes provided me these past few months. Hes helped me build new, healthier and long-lasting habits. I havent felt this fit and motivated for a very long time, and now I feel confident that I will keep up with a healthy lifestyle moving forward. Thank you Matt and Luke Bremner Fitness!
