Alex is fantastic at what he does. For someone who is new to the gym or feeling a bit nervous about starting their fitness journey he makes you feel at ease straight away. He listens to what your goals are and is really passionate about helping you achieve them. Highly recommend!

Brilliant experience with Alex. Have done both 1 to 1 and online coaching and had excellent results with both. Friendly and approachable and made training and eating well enjoyable rather than a chore. Great food plans sent out for new ideas for meals as well. Great private gym where it feels comfortable having coaching and never too busy. Highly recommend!

Made the best choice to begin my journey with Alex, he is the best PT I ever had. Never set foot in the gym in my life, I needed guidance how to use the gym while looking after my body as I decided to make changes my lifestyle. He has a lot of knowledge, shares his nutrition plan, workouts programs and so on. Very encouraging, enjoyable sessions, always a laugh without being serious while keep the motivation going. He shows you how to do any workout before allowing to you to try, he give feedback and adjustment when needed. He is aware of me being deaf, communication is clear, makes sure I understood and easily adjust the music noise when needed, I even recommended my friend to join soon as I started and now we both love it.

Been going to Alex for around 6 months now and very happy with my journey so far.. Alex listens and adapts each workout to what I need.. its never boring.. He gives amazing advice with food and lifestyle and helps you be accountable.. His app is very very useful Really looking forward to the Next 12 months to see my progress! Would highly recommend Alex to anyone, any age and any fitness level
