        Will ticks all the boxes-passionate, encouraging, patient and willing to adapt sessions to suit my long list of injuries. His sessions are well structured and uniquely tailored to me-no time to get bored! He challenges what l think I can do and pushes me to achieve the best I can. He has an extensive knowledge of the industry and tries to teach as well as train. I would highly recommend Will and the team to anyone-a newbie to experienced gymgoer. Prepare to sweat!

Having been a regular I have seen first hand the transformation of his other clients as well as myself. I would recommend him and his team to anyone, regardless of gender or age.
