Having already been training for a number of years, I naively thought that there wasnt too much more for me to learn when it came to my own training. When I started Online Coaching with Jordan, I quickly realised that this wasnt the case. Jordan really surprised me with how knowledgeable he is (hes smarter than he looks) and I quickly started seeing my training performance improve both in terms of form/mobility and even more so with my strength. I am the strongest I have ever been since training with him. I do think that personality and fun is a big deal when it comes to looking for a coach and (I may be very biased here) he has pretty good chat. Jordan knows his stuff and will never provide you with a cookie cutter programme. He takes the time, pays attention and this is evident in the results. Couldnt recommend this handsome b*stard enough.
