Ive been training for 10 years but felt there was a lot more to learn to take my training to the next level. I contacted Matt and knew from our first meeting that hed be able to help me reach my goal. Matt is very passionate about training and his enthusiastic approach makes you feel positive going into each session. Matt introduced me to a new way of training as well as in-depth explanations of muscles targeted during each movement.Not only did I learn to improve on my technique of lifts , Matt also helped change my mindset towards training and how to plan ahead . I learned a lot from Matt and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their training to the next level.

I can totally recommend Matt as a Personal Trainer. He has been my trainer for 2 years now. He is very professional, has a very positive attitude and keeps the high standards in our sessions while still making them fun! I initially chose Matt as I was looking for someone with experience of working with different kinds of people, as our bodies are different and react differently to training. I wanted someone who knows what he is doing and is really good at this. Matt is a person who keeps an eye on details and ensures all the exercises are done correctly, keeping the correct angles, weights, reps, etc. Also, what caught my attention, Matt takes notes through out the session so it is easy to analyse progress and achievements. Matt can advice you on the diet and give some pointers how to really make a difference when you training. During the session, he will give you 100% of his attention, not like other trainers, I have seen some of them use their mobile phone and browse the internet whilst you are doing your set. That is not Matt! Thanks Matt for all your hard work and I am looking forward to our next session!
