        I'd highly recommend Kayleigh as a trainer. I go to Kayleigh once a week, as well as doing my own training, but it's been a great way to keep on track and set small goals. I've been with her about 6 months now and it's probably been the longest time I've stuck with any consistent fitness plan, thanks to her!

        Kayleigh is very motivational! She keeps pushing you towards your goals and is always there with support. Always makes sessions fun and enjoyable! Very reasonable priced too!
