    100% would recommend training with Richard. In my time with him I dropped 10kg and improved my overall fitness and strength. He was very accommodating and able to work around injurys I had suffered in the past. He made every session fun and interesting. He always makes time for his clients and is constantly pushing you to do your best. He has made me more confident in the gym and has given me the ability to continue our work on my own. For my money the Best PT in Edinburgh.

    I started working with Richard following a running injury, with the aim of correcting the imbalance and losing some weight. Richard knew exactly how to help me and I successfully reached my goals within just a few months. My focus has now shifted towards developing my strength further and Im looking forward to seeing what I can achieve under his guidance. If you are looking to work with a personal trainer towards a fitness goal, I have absolute confidence in recommending him. He really knows his stuff and makes the sessions interesting and enjoyable. Well worth the investment.

    I've been training with Richard for 1 year and can honestly say he's an excellent personal trainer. After injuring my knees during yoga, I decided to find an alternative form of exercise. I was completely new to weight training and wasn't sure I would enjoy it, but Richard was friendly and accommodating during the consultation, which gave me the confidence to try it. My main goal was to get stronger, but as a positive side effect, I have built muscles and feel much happier and healthier. Richard has also helped me rehabilitate my knees. He adapted the training program to avoid exercises that aggravated the pain and included exercises to gradually strengthen surrounding muscles and connective tissue. My knees feel almost fully recovered now! Richard regularly asks me about my goals and preferences and adapts the program to accommodate them. He's also really fun and a pleasure to work with! I now absolutely love weight training, and even though I can safely do it alone, I still enjoy training with Richard.

    I would highly recommend Richard as a Personal Trainer. I started training with him over six months ago with a general aim of improving my fitness and strength. Not having trained with weights before, I was keen to get expert guidance both to establish an appropriate training program for someone my age and to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Richard developed and refined a program which met my needs and is continually pushing me to go a little bit further. Richard is very personable - sessions are fun, but also very professional - I have complete confidence that the program and the slowly increasing weights are right for me. Over the months, I have seen a vast improvement in fitness and strength. I should have done this years ago. If youre thinking about getting a Personal Trainer, do it. And if you work with Richard, you will have a an excellent guide.
