    Ive been training with Cameron for almost a year now and cannot recommend his sessions enough! Id previously been to various gyms and done my own thing, mainly cardio, but never really stuck with it. The structure that Cameron provides, as well as his approachability, has really helped me improve my general health, nutrition, and fitness. Id never really done strength training before and thought it might be quite intimidating, but thanks to Cameron Ive learned so much and finally feel confident in the gym. I find the small group sessions really enjoyable and love that I constantly feel stronger and fitter week after week. I cannot thank Cameron enough for positively impacting my relationship with exercise.

    I first got in touch with Cameron when I was trying to lose some weight and feel a bit healthier after a combination of lockdown and having a baby. I'd never tried strength-training before and I wasn't sure it would be for me, but I met my initial weight-loss goal far quicker than I'd expected. More importantly, Cameron's really pragmatic and realistic nutrition guidance has helped me have a much more balanced and positive approach to food. I've been a client now for 18 months and feel stronger and healthier than I've ever felt. Training sessions with Cameron and Murdo are really enjoyable with varied exercises and lots of opportunities to try new things. I like that I can track my progress week to week and challenge myself without any pressure or bootcamp-style shouting! The small group element means there's loads of friendly support from others too. Highly recommend.

    As a previous client I contacted Cameron again as I was looking to train for a specific event and I knew from my previous experience with Cameron that he would be able to assist with the training. I found the small group sessions partially good, where everyone encouraged each other. Cameron and Murdo were great with training needs whether it was like me for specific reason or if just for general fitness. They are professional as well as friendly and approachable. The training sessions and believe in myself during to the sessions really did help me to achieve my goal The sessions are variable and you are able to record your progression which is a good point of reference to see how well you are doing. I would have no hesitation to recommend Cameron, and if I ever need to train again for an event I would most certainly be getting in touch with Cameron again.
