Great nutrition plans tailored to suit you individually with only food you enjoy. Great workout plans to make sure you are continually progressing and working towards your goal. Great knowledge, support and coaching from Callan. I highly recommend Lean Bodies.

The programming & attention to my goals was first class. A really thorough, knowledgable approach to training & nutrition, with easy communication online. Also, Lean Bodies practice what they preach in the gym & with nutrition. Even though I was carrying an injury, my training was altered to make exercise and progress still possible. Id recommend Lean Bodies to people of all abilities with any goals in fitness.

I got in contact with Callan at Lean bodies as I had kinda lost my way in the gym. I was treading water and just going through the motions, not making any real progress along with a not so great diet, poor weekend eating and too much beer. I used to trained with Callan at uni around 11-12 years ago he has always been keen on fitness. The wealth of knowledge he has amassed now is quite staggering. I messaged Callan, sorted out payment, quickly and easily and filled out the assement form. 2 days later I have a tailored diet and workout plan. Properly thoughout to target what I was looking for without overloading any one body part and balancing the volume nicely. The tailored diet has been great, with foods to suit your cooking habits (I hate cooking so I have minimal time in the kitchen, ideal!). Ive done my own thing training wise for years, and it has worked, better sometimes than others though. Any questions Ive had Callan has also got back to me quickly, outlining any changes to make or how to improve, even deals with rather daft questions well lol. Sticking to exactly what is recommended on both the diet and workout plan and the results are appearing along with my cardio fitness improving! Ive got stronger each week and lost body fat 6.5 lbs in just under 7 weeks. It doesnt happen overnight, but when you can see progress week to week, it really motivates you to keep going. If youre looking for results, Callan really does know his stuff. But it only works if you listen and stick to the plan! Get stuck in!
