    Hannah is wonderful to train with! She's is friendly and welcoming, as someone who is just starting out lifting weights, she knows how much to push you but is so incredibly knowledgeable you feel you are in safe hands.

    Hannah's program has definitely improved my strength and power , helping me as a swimmer to become more efficient in the water. She always keeps sessions interesting and is super friendly, making her easy to communicate with and allowing you to work around (or through) any problems, such as injures, you may have.

    I have been working with Hannah for strength training since June and it has been great experience. Hannah is always patient, super responsive and always willing to help whenever I have questions and needs. She designs detailed personalised training programme that suits my particular goals and interest. She is very patient in helping me to find the exercises that would suit and interest me,she is very good at explaining the techniques and always offers tips for my training outside of our sessions. I enjoy training sessions with Hannah very much, they are challenging and fun at the same time. The hour is always well designed and used. I have really seen improvement on my upper body strength which is one of my training goals. Last but not the least, Hannah is a very nice, friendly, and fun person to work with! And very professional. Highly recommend!
