Signing up to Claire Adams Total Health has been the best decision I have made in a long time and the best money spent. I never thought I would get to the level of fitness that I am at only after a couple of months. Although I am not dropping loads of weight on the scales my body shape is changing for the better and clothes are starting to hang off of me which I am amazed at. The classes are well structured and all of the team at CATH are supportive and encouraging and you even get a good laugh with the other ladies!!! Cant thank the team enough and would highly recommend joining Claire Adams Total Health if you are considering it.

Having come from a health and fitness background myself, in reality I just could achieve the results on my own. After meeting with Claire, it was the support that I needed and a kickstart to get me on my way. On my 6 week journey, I received nothing but praise, encouragement and support from all the CATH team. I enjoyed the workouts and the nutrition was simple and easy to follow. As a result of listening to the team, I have achieved fantastic results which I couldnt have done on my own. I will be eternally grateful to the CATH team. Thank you

I was really struggling to lose weight post-menopause. I'd tried various diet & exercise regimes but nothing was working any more - I'd get so far and then the weight loss just stopped. Following a health check which flagged up a worrying cholesterol reading, I realised something had to be done and quick. I spotted an ad for Claire Adams Total Health on Facebook and decided to give the 6-week Foundation course a try. It's not the cheapest option but my God, it was worth every penny! Since starting around 8 weeks ago I've lost over 10lbs which is a lot when you're only 4ft11. My shape has changed too and clothes are fitting me a lot better. My eating (and drinking) habits have completely changed and I'm starting to see muscles where before there was only flab! The fact it's such a small gym with only female members makes it a lot less daunting than joining a larger gym if you feel at all self-conscious. The instructors demonstrate how to use the equipment and do the exercises properly and safely, and will adjust the sessions to your fitness level. The amount of moral support is fantastic too - I had a bit of a wobble after a couple of weeks because I thought I wasn't making any progress, but Aileen had a Zoom call with me, calmed me down, looked at my food plan and told me what I was doing wrong - sure enough, by the following week the weight loss started again. I'm now continuing as an Inner Circle member for a further 3 months which should get me to my target weight. Give it a try, honestly - it works!

Claire and her team made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to keep on track. Video call feedback on planned food plans for the week which enabled me to tweak anything. The weekly programs were very informative with helpful tips to support nutrition etc. Although the maximum amount is 5 in class at any one time, I saw it as 121 because the fitness trainers were very vigilant and would always correct body positioning, lifting techniques etc to prevent any injury. I was very fortunate to have 121s with Struan and Hayleigh. They werent tough on me but very encouraging to push on, thank you for that. My 6 week program went well and I achieved what I set out to do. Id like to thank everyone of you for helping me get back on track. I would recommend this program. Y

The CATH team have been amazing. I just completed my first six weeks and I'm seeing actual sustainable results. Not just from the exercise, but also knowing what and how to eat. The personal trainers are really committed, helpful and all have a great attitude (and a sense of humour!) and they definitely motivate us to do better and to get stronger and healthier. The thing I like the most is that the small group training is for women of all ages, sizes, body types and abilities. Because it's a small group, everyone gets a bit of individual attention. I found that really helpful because I'm really interested in technique so to be able to ask questions was really important (and it helped me to be more motivated and have better results!) I would highly recommend to any woman who wants to make a positive change-it's not about just looks, it's about wellbeing, health and putting yourself first!
