        Staff were nice but really unhelpful I asked for help finding a cruelty free perfume and she said she didn't have a clue and walked off hahah I expected maybe an "I'll ask my colleagues" or "I'll have a look online" but it was just a no and nothing else haha

        The staff were incredibly helpful and persevered until they found the item I was looking for. I had seen it online but couldn't recall the name. Although they didn't have it in store they ordered it and it was delivered to my home address a few days later. Impressive service!

        Nice shop staff friendly but when I gave the sales person my account I asked if I had any rewards she said no but on checking when I got home I could have saved 5 on my perfume and every little saving helps at the moment.
