Good place to have afternoon tea, but a bit too expensive.

Pretty disappointing experience. Cold coffee. Stale cake. No gluten free cakes and no alternatives offered. No dialogue. Lovely waitress left feeling uncomfortable after being shut down by the guy who appears to be the manager when asking for gluten free snacks. None of us will go back.

We recently visited Patisserie Valerie and were impressed by the delicious selection of cakes. The cafe was quite busy, so we decided to take our cakes to go. The prices were a bit higher than other cafes, but we felt that the quality of the cakes was worth it. While we were ordering, we asked about one of the cakes and felt that the response was a bit brief. We would have appreciated more information about the cake, especially since we were paying a premium for it. The cakes themselves were amazing, with a variety of flavors and beautiful decorations. We enjoyed every bite and felt that the sweetness level was just right. Overall, we would definitely recommend Patisserie Valerie for their delicious cakes. However, we feel that they could improve their customer service by providing more detailed information about their products.
