I seem to have known this church all my life, my parents were members of the congregation, and my father was a church elder. This church which was once a Roman Catholic Church, that lasted until Oliver Cromwell position his cannon on Leith Links and fired on it. Both my parents are now deceased, they were cremated, but there are rose bushes dedicated to them in the Secret Garden. When I want to talk with them I go there and chat away. It's also a haven for birds and a huge number of grey squirrels. A little oasis of tranquility near the Foot of the Walk.
