        Uncharacteristically I encountered a problem with an online order from Trespass. However, when I visited the shop within Ocean Terminal I was introduced to the manager (Joel) whom couldnt have been more helpful. Within minutes, I walked out of the shop with replacement items at discounted prices. Furthermore, my online order was fully refunded into my bank account within two days. Flawless customer service from very friendly store staff (!) quickly redeemed my trust in Trespass as my go to supplier for all my outdoor pursuit requirements. Well done and thank you to all Ocean Terminal Trespass staff.

        Amazing customer service. Was going on holiday for the end of year period, and needed last minute hiking items; the staff went above and beyond and made sure I had everything just before I left for Switzerland! Thanks again!!
