I had keyhole surgery to re-attach a tendon to my shoulder. I was completely incapacitated when I made my first visit to Alex. He was a great support all through my rehabilitation, I simply followed his directions to the letter. Over the course of 6 months I returned to full fitness - 2 months ahead of schedule! I could not recommend these guys strongly enough.

Amanda has worked magic with a 10 year old injury and shared easy to follow and remember, self care exercises. And while Amanda was at it she opened up my diaphragm and reminded me how important it is to breath. I highly recommend Amanda!

Alex is incredible! Having lived in many places over the years I've seen my fair share of health professionals for various aches, pains and injuries. Yet I can safely say that Alex has been the most astute, effective and reassuring of the lot!

Amanda looked after me and my newborn - both with the same skill and kindness. My baby suffered badly with reflux and was visibly more settled after her first visit. Amanda eased my post natal aches after one visit too. Shes absolutely fantastic and I recommend her to everyone I can.

Having been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both of my hips & arthritic changes in my lower spine, I have had problem in my lower back for a lot of years which ultimately gave me severe Sciatica, sometime barely being able to walk. Alex came highly recommended to me by one of my work colleagues, so I began attending Alex through my work health scheme, she was professional right from the beginning. She was very welcoming and instantly put me at ease. She took her time taking my medical history and I feel she really listened to what I was saying (Which is more than I can say for several different GPs I have attended for this problem over the years). She talked me through her plan and through the treatments I was to have so nothing came as a surprise & gave me several exercise plans to do at home which have been a god send. Alex has been doing a fantastic job, my lower back pain has eased significantly & my sciatica is gone now. Im currently waiting for Orthopaedic Assessment on my hips to see what the next steps are for proper pain relief but Im still attending Alex every couple of weeks which helps me immensely. I cannot recommend Alex highly enough; she is an absolute superstar. Thanks for all your help.
