I had excellent service from this practice with them going out of their way to make sure my new glasses were perfect. I also had a very quick refferal for a condition in my eye which they identified as a possible flare up (all turned out ok). The staff are very friendly and have helped me to find the right frame and source contact lenses since moving to the area. I would definitely recommend them.

After 4 visits to this shop 2 tests 2 lense change glasses are still not fit for use less than a week and indentation in nose. Will go back to wearing old glasses till Ive saved enough to go else where

Very disappointed. Wanted to use my local high street shop as opposed to supermarket opticians etc. I have very little spare time but found 30 minutes last week so popped along to view their range of prescription sunglqsses with a view to purchasing two pairs. I was met by a locked door. Started reading the signage and lady opened up. I told her I wanted to view their range and was told "sorry appointment only"?? I require an appointment just to browse? The shop was totally empty as well.
