In an elegant building with all the facilities you could need the Staff in trinity house Care Home focus solely on the residents and do everything they can to make them comfortable and ensure all their needs are met and that they can continue to carry on with everyday life and not feel like they are in a care home setting

I have supported the team at Trinity for the last two years. The home itself is beautiful, with great areas to make the most of resident hobbies and interests. The team are very friendly and super attentive.

My mother in law went into the home in February 2020. Beautiful place, the facilities were the best we had seen in our search for care for her. The staff were excellent and until COVID-19 visiting was open The day after she died we went to remove her personal belongings, we werent told that they would be lying in the car park and this distressed us. It looked an eviction not a death of our mother. Our problems have been with the administration staff, not in the home but their head office. Next month will be a year since she died but monies owing to her estate are being held by the administration for reasons only known to them I have emails apologising for the delay going back months and yer were still waiting. I wont name names as we are speaking to our solicitor about legal action to recover whats due to us but I would like to thank David Krake- Smith and Angela for their help. Gordon & Patricia Dow
