My mum was in this place after spending a few weeks in hospital it was a beautiful place with staff that had no clue about caring. They tried to get my mum from the bed to the bathroom they tried to walk her when she was not able to walk. I told them she needed a wheelchair they went and got a chair and proceeded to move my mum but failed to put the brakes on the chair thankfully I was there and grabbed the chair and stopped it moving. A lot of the time you were there you hardly seen the staff and one your staff member just sat on her phone the whole time. Another night when I was there a young 16 year old male carer was the only staff member there and he was left to get all the clients ready for bed it was his first day on the job and had no help. Beautiful place staff a total let down. My mum was quite Sick one night defo had an infection I asked to get her moved to hospital was told she was fine and a doctor was coming to see her later that night the doctor came and gave her antibiotics later that night she was rushed to hospital and sadly died. I would never put anyone in that place and being a carer myself I could see how unprofessional they were Avoid this place dont send your loved ones there

Excellent Care home! Such welcoming, caring and enthusiastic staff.
