        Went to visit Letham House for my dad who suffers with complex needs one being dementia. We were stood waiting for 10 min for a member of staff whose attitude was appalling, the care home was dirty, shower room had the ceiling coming down, the member of staff said the dementia ones are based on the ground floor their all off their heads was words said by the member of staff. The garden area was in need of a landscape. Absolute appalled at the state of this care home.
