        Applied and joined this home as a care assistant. Training not very good, considering this was my first role as a care assistant, never done it before. Definitely the impression and pressure is to make staff to run before you can walk . As I`m a big guy, if I am moving residents who are infirm or frail, I want to feel sure I am taking good care of them and moving them accordingly and feel confident in doing so.
