Sunset Nails Portobello

Went here for biab. They had booked so many people in at once and could not keep up with all the appointments. I was there for my appointment at 4 and left the salon at half 6 after waiting ages to get biab and toes done. The nail tech overdrilled my nails and this in turn thinned out my nail bed, causing me to burn so bad when curing the biab. They refused to use normal file and just left me there in agony with burning nails. Because of overbooking the tech did everything in a rush and some nails are squint with french tip missed in some places. As much as the nails do look nice on their instagram this was Overall a really draining experience and not one that i wanted before my holiday. Ive heard Lotus nails in abbeyhill are good so I will try there.

One of the worst in Edinburgh. Nail technicians are really unprofessional and rude. They arent considerate of your time and they often overbook so you will be in there for 2 hours with a messy job. 3 people always end up doing my nails which is very odd. No hygiene. My nail beds are also ruined from the filing drill as they refuse to use a normal file. Every time I have been here its a bad experience so it is not a one off situation. I would also avoid if you are a person of colour as they will treat you horribly. Services: Acrylic nails, Nail extensions

This place is racist! I went to go get my nails done a few weeks back, for me to get them removed elsewhere thats professional for me to find out they use MMA! Cheap people! Also I was given attitude and no respect as soon as I walked in, old owners were so much more better.
