I have been a regular to this shop for a year getting eyelashes done. Unfortunately one week the lady got my eyelashes very wrong and I looked like a cow/drag Queen to go to my new job. (Which was not the look I wanted this week). On complaint this seemed to cause big problems. They could not fit me in to remove them before I left and then after promising a refund, when I rang to get it and to rebook to get my eyelashes topped up after I had managed to pull the others out I was given a lecture by the manager who told me they did not want me as a customer and I would now get no refund. I m still awaiting my refund. Do not go here!
