Had nails done several times in a row, went in to get adivce on sore, red week nails, to be laughed at, cut out of conversation from colleagues speaking in own language, in the end no adivce on how to resolve my issue, just totally deflated to be treated this way, if I could give You. Zero rating it would be, Thanks for Your lack of help Service: Nail polish changes

I choose to do the service, in which I am very unhappy. Communication is one of the problem I have faced, less understanding of what customer needs, and staff talks among themselves on their native language too much, which makes us uncomfortable while sitting in front, and service was not satisfied because of lack of understanding from customer point of view. Weren't clear on the time so I left and came back. Asked for a basic manicure with clear polish and BASIC it was. No hand cream or hand massage. Place is dirty, utensils aren't sanitized. I legit saw a cuticle fall out of a cuticle cutter she pulled from the cup. CASH only!!
