I have used Mathar services 3 times now. The first time was before she set-up Mortgage Spot when she had done a great work for me getting me a good deal despite my unusual circumstances (I was expatriate at the time). As a result when I was looking to re-mortgage and told she was not working anymore at the place she was before, I hunt her down as I wanted someone with the best expertise for my ever changing situation. The rate she will proposed you will be the best of the market so really no reason not to go there.

Martha is the savior! She is not only brilliant at explaining in depth, the process of taking out a mortgage for nervous first time buyers but also picking up the right and the best mortgage to suit your needs. First and foremost my partner and I could not speak more highly of the service we received from Martha Mutinda Scott at Mortgage Spot. We want to say a huge thank you because Tinda was with us all along our up and down journey (as is typical of a house purchase journey) giving advice, asking key questions, providing emotional support, and keeping us going when progressed slowed a bit - all with an affable and knowledgeable approach that kept us calm during a stressful period of time! Tinda was far more proactively helpful in getting the house purchase process completed than our solicitor or estate agents! For us first time buyers Mortgage Spot was an absolute God send!
