Mortgage Centre Partnership

I was recommended Rory by a friend over 4 years ago when I was arranging my first mortgage as a first time buyer; he made the whole process straightforward and easy to understand. Rory was able to give brilliant advice and spent the time to get to know my situation. Since this time I have used Mortgage centre partnership every 2 years when my fixed price deal has come to an end. On each occasion Rory has offered outstanding service and has been able to save me money (and time) in getting me a great mortgage deal. Would highly recommend.

I went there on the begging of Sep 2020, I submitted all necessary documents. I thought everything is on the right path. Unfortunately, unprofessional agent just ignore my case. Now we have 2nd week of Oct and the mortgage adviser asking the same questions over and over without checking our conversation records where he would find all the answers told him many times. I wouldnt recommend that place as they dont care much about the customer and they are unprofessional.

They dont explain things very well for you. They dont do Help-to-Buy, they dont do Shared Equity, they dont do LIFT, because they involve extra paperwork. Above all, Rory Waddell, who was the mortgage advisor I approached, had done 3 hard credit checks on my account without even asking me first, which damaged my credit score. And he also lied to me saying he had only done 1 credit check. Since then I have spoken with two other mortgage advisors and both have been miles better than Rory.

I have used the mortgage centre partnership on a few different occasions. Every time I have found them to be excellent. Rory has been able to secure me a great deal and always comes back to me when renewal time is required with another good deal. I have used them for renting out my flat too. They were fantastic with dealing with tenants. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
