I have nothing but praise for Carrington, especially Randal & Terri. Having first contacted Randal in March 17 to start my remortgage (from Residential to BTL) which wasn't due until 1st August 17, the two of them were on hand at all times. Despite various issues (caused by the mortgage provider) at both the outset and near completion Randal & Terri were on hand to sort out any issues. The first being, I was in Australia when the mortgage company threatened to pull the offer as they couldn't do a valuation - they were told I'd be away for 6 weeks - quick action by Terri enabled the surveryors to contact me in Australia to resolve that issue. The second being the mortgage provider adding a condition into the offer and only highlighting with less than 5 days to go. Randal's quick action led to this being resolved within 24hrs including a new offer being sent. I will have no hesitation in using Carrington again, and would recommend anyone to use Randal/Terri where possible. For my next remortgage/purchase I'll certainly be reaching out to Randal again.
