        Service received: mortgage advice, agreement in principle, and loan approval. Worked with Bobbie Howieson and Pauline Lennie, they were extremely helpful and elaborate in explaining the process and addressing any worries associated with buying a first house. Their communication was on point throughout the process and the entire process moved very swiftly. Just after two zoom calls and a few mail exchanges, we got our loan approved in less than three weeks from the date of first contact. Highly recommend!!
